No-Service Burials
No Service Burials are the simplest and least expensive burial option.
This service includes:
- Online completion of all legal documents
- Transfer of your loved one from the place of death into our care
- Communication with a local cemetery of your choice
- A solid coffin of your choice
- Transfer to the cemetery
- Supervision of final burial
- Optional temporary wooden grave-marker
- Registration of Death Certificate which is delivered directly to your home
- Optional future plaque or headstone
Full Service Burials
Full-service burials are more comprehensive and usually include a family attended funeral service either at a cemetery chapel, Heaven Funeral’s chapel or some other venue prior to the burial. Full-service burials can include:
- Transfer from place of death into our care
- Preparation of your loved one including embalming if required
- Dressing, viewing, grooming and makeup options
- Service details: Including but not limited to, songs, prayers and readings, eulogy, celebrant and cultural requirements etc.
- Burial at a chosen cemetery
- Wake or social gathering prior to or after the service
- Returned Services League involvement
- Legal documentation
- This includes Death Registration forms, burial right holder forms and cemetery booking forms
- Finance options
- We have the ability to take pre-payment to lock the cost of a funeral in at an agreed price with a range of payment options including third-party finance
- Other things to consider
- Coffin or Casket options, Flower arrangements, Nameplates and gravemarkers, Burial plot filling options, Marquees and gazebos, Hearse, Visitors books, Catering, Music audio-visual and live streaming requirements, Program/Service Sheets, Powerpoint presentations, Butterfly/dove release, Optional future plaque and headstone

5 stars doesn’t even begin to do justice to the family at Heaven Funerals. This is my first experience organising a funeral and I have no prior experience with a family burial, let alone a repatriation overseas, however Ross and his family have been so accommodating and understanding during the most difficult time of our lives. From the efficiency, to making sure he carried out on his word in regard to every aspect spoken about, I cannot think of a single fault. I had 2 family members recommend heaven funeral’s to me for my dad and I was abit iffy at first not wanting to just give him to anyone but I am so glad that we went ahead with them I 100% trust and recommend them as they took good care of dad and never once rushed us with anything even with some of dad’s funeral expenses that had to be paid upfront els where they put it on dads invoice and that took some stress off us which I am grateful for. At the most devastating moments of life, such as losing a loved one, what was needed by me and my family was exactly what Mary and Ross at Heaven Funerals provided. A professional service that was caring and respectful in acknowledging the pain and hurt we were feeling as they gently and with great compassion continually walked alongside of us as we dealt with the details needed to farewell and honour the passing of my dear Father. From the moment they were called to provide the initial arrangements through to the funeral service delivered and final commital processes, they encouraged and supported us to guide and have full input into what we ultimately decided was to be his personalised Funeral Service. Their timing was impeccable, always keeping to the time-frames they set and were always very accommodating to our religious, cultural and family needs. They were always available and accessible despite having many other funerals the same weekend of our Nanna’s. If they couldn’t answer their phones, I would receive a text message straight away explaining they would call in a matter of minutes and they always kept to it. I can’t recommend them enough.
